ONE TO ONE COACHING

What is coaching?

Ignite's model of coaching puts you at the centre of the relationship and you drive your own learning. Your coach is professionally trained, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. In addition to coaching training, here at Ignite we have done a lot of research into what helps women make great decisions about their futures and how they can develop meaningful, successful, and balanced careers. We draw on that knowledge and our network of Ignite Ambassadors -who are successul women- to provide you with an integrated package of coaching and a rich pool of resources.

Through the coaching you will:

• Develop good self knowledge through exploring personal values and strengths.
• Develop a framework for assessing current and future decisions.
• Develop goals and action plans.
• Be confident in your ability to achieve your goals.
• Find learning opportunities and motivation through the Ignite network.
• Find sources of inspiration to keep you motivated going forward.
• Develop your CV and/or applications for courses or jobs.
• Learn from others through an Ignite connection.

Who is it for?

Because one to one coaching is tailored to your needs, it is suitable for any woman of any age. Ignite specialises in coaching for career development and transitions for women pre-career and in the earlier stages of their careers.

How does it work?

Coaching Programmes: The programme can start anytime to suit you and your coach. Before your first session you will do some assessment work and fill in a joining pack to help your coach get to know you and what you want to achieve through coaching. You will send that to your coach the week before your first session.

If you are in London or Cambridge, your first session will be two hours face to face at a location that suits you. If you are outside Cambridge or London, this first session will divided into two, one hour sessions on the phone. In this first session you will work with your coach to design how you will work together and what you want to achieve through coaching - this might be very specific or more general- your coach will help you get to the essence of what you are looking for.

From there, your sessions will either be face to face for or over the phone, depending on your location and budget. You will also have email support from your coach between sessions. It is recommended you sign up for 4 months in order to really get results.

Issue Coaching: It might be that you are looking for support on one specific issue or decision. In these instances you can sign up for a minimum of 4 hours of coaching over 2-3 sessions to get to grips with that issue.

Can I try it out before I decide?

Yes, its really important that the 'chemistry' is right between you and your coach. We offer free, no-obligation telephone sample sessions on the phone email kathleen@ignite-leadership.org to set up the session.

What is the cost?

Coaching Programmes: The first month's cost is £150 for the inital assessment, first two hour session and email support. Subsequent months are £100 for 1x 1.5 hour face to face session or 2 x 45 min phone sessions, plus email support between those sessions and access to the Ignite network of opportunities.

Issue Coaching: The minumum package of 4 hours of coaching, email support and access to the Ignite network of opportunities is £250.
