Ignite LeadershipEMPLOYERS and NETWORKS

It is now a well recognised fact that the more an organisation reflects the gender diversity of those they lead, represent and serve, the more successful they are. It is widely acknowledged that increasing the representation of women has a positive impact on the character and culture of an organisation.

We are keen to work with employers that recognise this and would like to showcase your existing female talent and promote your organisation to girls and young women who are interested in your industry.

There are many professional networks which exist to support and encourage women into different sectors and we are keen to build partnerships with you.

Become a Corporate Ignite Ambassador

  • Encourage women in your organisation or network, from entry level, to leadership level, to be interviewed by a young woman from an Ignite programme about her career experience for our new website (coming in Autumn 2010).
  • Get involved in our career days in schools by promoting your organisation and the range of careers on offer.
  • Publicise your graduate recruitment programmes to young women on our programmes and on our website.

We can help you

  • Set up a mentoring scheme including training for mentors and mentees, recruitment, and evaluation of success.
  • Set up shadowing, work experience and internship opportunities. Ignite can work with you to provide more indepth experience of your industry.
