At Ignite we start from the premise that the greatest skill you need in making decisions about your future is the ability to make good, healthy choices. Sometimes the route to making those choices can become muddied with all the things we think we 'should' do, or we can be overwhlemed with so many options we don't know where to start. Other times we can feel we don't have any choices or we know what we want but we don't know how to find it. Sometimes all we know is what we don't want and can't put our finger on what we do want!

Through Ignite you can take time out to focus on you, and get support to find clarity and make those important choices.

The only criteria for taking part is a commitment to yourself and a desire to develop.
