What You Get from the Course

Who is it for?

This course is suited for young women who are considering what direction they would like to take or are taking stock and want to evaluate where they are and where they want to go. They maybe in education, training or in the early stages of their career and will probably be in their late teens and early twenties.

The Programme

The programme consists of 7x 2 hour sessions and 3x30min one to one coaching calls, which you can book in at points in the course where you would like to go more in depth. You will also to do some pre work and homework between sessions. In addition to the sessions and one to one coaching, you will be matched with an opportunity which matches your interests, for more information on this see our connections page. This might be a mentoring or shadowing opportunity, attending a professional network or event, interviewing a leader in your field - you will identify this opportunity with your course leader.

Cost Introductory rate of £400 for the full course.
